hey guys, well my diet started 2day and i fink im doing pretty good so far so heres wot ive ate-
breakfast- 30g bran-flakes, 125ml semi-skimmed milk,
lunch- 2 slices of ryvita whole- grain crackers with extra light cheese spread and a low fat yoghurt. i have also done 50 sit-ups an drank lots of water. do u think this is a good start or should i make some improvements? thanx a lot *x*Lucy*x*

i think that that is a great start. You sound like you will stay on this diet and see results. Keep up the good work.:)

it sounds good but make sure you have a extra food that you can change the crakers wiht or breakfast because the same thing every day will get boring and make sure that you get your 1200 calories
