Hey um im 167lbs. and i can never stay motivated on a diet or excersise plan and i know if i start taking diet pills it can harm u! but if u have any other ideas please reply.

Just don't give up. Try not to eat anything an hour before bed, and drink lots of water. Try counting calories, I've heard that works really well. Get some sort of exercise every day, that's my motto. Eat lots of colorful food and put junk food in the back of your top cuboard so it will be harder to get at.
