if I go on low carb- say 50 a day for 1 week, 60 a day for the 2nd, 70 a day for the 3rd and 80 a day for the 4th...which is a whole month, plus exercise and watch my fat and calorie intake, could I lose alot of weight? and if you know, once i go off will i gain it all back ?

Yah, that's a good plan. You can probably lose up to 10lbs if you exercise as well. But, with all diets, and particularly low-carb, once you start eating junk again, you'd gain weight. You should choose a way of eating that you can keep up for the rest of your life. ~~MissyK~~
