hi,my name is emily(ozzy)and i have a weight problam.i am about 5'6 and weigh 165lb.I wear a size 11-13 in jrs and i really wanna lose weight but i just seem to not be able to lose it.my goal is to lose about15-20lbs by the end of the summer(before school starts).if there's anyone that has advise for me i would apriciate it.thanx:-)

you can try drinking a few glasses of water before you eat a meal and that will make you feel fuller. And you wil not eat as much.

Hey wassup? I weigh just about as much as u do and I have been having problems to. Anyway, I am gonna start dieting tomorrow and I guess I could give you some ideas. Well, you could do these- 1. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables 2. cut back on the cal. carbs sugar and fat 3. don't eat past 7:00 pm 4. drink some water b-4 a meal so u won't be as hungry so u won't eat as much 5. or u could just cut u'r meals in half and save the rest for later 6. exersize is very important 7. u could get one of u'r friends to go on a diet with u. (that would help u alot. that's what I'm gonna do) Well, that's pretty much all I can think of. HOPE I HELPED!! BYE!
