OKAY I STILL NEED HELP ON HOW TO LOSE LIKE 135 POUNDS I KNOW ITS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME BUT I WAS WANTING TO KNOW WHATS THE BEST AND QUICKEST WAY I CAN DO IT W/O STARVING MYSELF AND I ALSO WANTED TO KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE A LOT OF EXTRA SKIN IF I LOST THAT MUCH. a PB&j sandwich isnt low cal. 2 slices bread are 160 cal, pb is 180 cal, and standard jelly is about 80 cal, no sugar added is 30 cal, and sugar free is 10 cal.

You might have some extra skin, but after you lose the weight, do not gain it back b/c when u want to lose the weight again, u will have a lot of extra skin.

i know i may sound young but i do know how you can lose weight.do not eat alot for breakfast.have maybe a penutbutter and jelly or yogert. luch eat some pb and j again.dinner eat grilled chicken only. try taking the daily recomended 10,000 steps a day.have you ever heard of teabo,if so,do that once a day.be alot more active,and get involved with sports. Oh ya you wont have extera skin. you grow taller and taller and your skin will groww with you.and drink some green tea and swim if you go to resturants ,get a salad and dont stack up on appitizers.good luck!

hey girly..If I were you this Is what I'd do..first..before starting an exercise program I'd work on my eating habbits..have three meals a day..eat only when your hungry and stop when your about 75% full...and then try to make your meals full of whole grains, lean meats, fruits and veggies, and healthy stuff like that...once you drop about 10 lbs with eating right..start walking..then when that 10 turns into 20 start walking a little farther...when that turns into 30 lbs..you'll have 100 left so the you could add some weight training...when you have 90 left you can turn your walking into a slow jogg..and when you get to 80 left you can eat a tiny bit less and do your same routine..then when you have 70 left you could increase your jogging distance some..and so on..I think this is the best way to go..because you don't want to end up with a platue..and not be able to lose anymore once you lose about 20 lbs..good luck..I'm always here for you and so is everyone else. hey girl,
the best way to lose that much weight is exercise everyday for about 1 hour and eat six small meals a day. eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink a ton of water. good luck!
