i really want to exersice but i hurt my knee really bad and the simplest of task cause me to re sprain it i want to work on losing weight in my stomche and thighs but i am unable to do situps becasue of y knee any one have any ideas please help im desrate and feel so gross and fat

when i was in school we had to run for gym my knees would hurt very badly i sarted to take 1-2 asprin after or before the work out after 2 weeks i didnt need the asprin my knees were fine and plus the asprin helps with pulled mucsles and sprains

you can still lose weight. just eat less food because you won't be burning off as much. is walking too strenous? if not then try it, if so, you can still do upper body exersizes. build muscle in the upper body and that will burn more calories overall...do a lot of punches and sush and twists with the waist sitting down and contract your thigh and stomach muscles a lot for 30 minutes...
