Hey yall.. i been through alot of stuff up here lol! Well today.. thurs. 24 i started atkins!! I did it all day and i was a SUCESS then Fri. 25 i cheated.. but today Sat. im back on track.. and the nights over with i didnt cheat and ima stay on it from now on!! im in induction and i have 20g. carbs a day! im doing great and ima stay in induction.. for the 2 weeks and maybe even more.. until i lose the weight i want then i will go on and add back more and more carbs!!~!! i read the book and i know all about it... from now on im not going to cheat again!!!!! plzz give me support and help bc im always here for you guys!
