hey guys! There are so many people on this website like me that are so unsure what diet to try, if they work and how fast you will lose the weight. Well if your not currently on any diet and WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT JOINING ANY TYPE OF GROUP OR DIET PROGRAM AND EAT MOST OF YOUR CALORIES AT NIGHT AND NEED HELP CONTROLING THAT THEN READ THIS POST! What this daily menu is is a 1,200 calorie diet that gives you the nutrients you need and also keeps you in tact with your fat, carbohydrate and protien intake. Here is the food plan as follows (if you do not have these foods you can pick them up at a local grocery store or if any of the foods you do not like or cannot eat, try to subsitute them with an equal partner, say an apple for an orange or soemthing along those lines, just check the calorie, fat, carbohydrate and protein content of the replacement food. I've done so much research and talked to many many doctors and dietions and this is the food choices and amounts I have come up with. As always though, ask a doctor before you start any type of food or exercise progam. Ok here is the food menu 1.)Right when you wake up have 2 fat free soft tortillo shells with 2/3 fat free mozerllla cheese (about 110 calories) 2.) 2-3 hours after breakfast have 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese (about 90 calories) 3.) 2-3 hours after snack have a salad without any dressing or if you prefer fat free Itailin *no cream based dressings*, the salad should consist of 1 1/2 cup lettcue mix, 6 fat free crutons by petridge farm, 1/3 cup cheese (about 90-150 calories depending on if you use any dressing or not) 4.) 2-3 hours after your salad you may have some type of protein that is not more than 300 calories. I suggest a can of chunklight Tuna by Chicken of the Sea, fat free trukey deli slices, sugar free fat free popsicles *watch the carbs* or your best choice, 1 serving of cooked, not fried, salmon. 5.) 2-3 hours after your protien snack have dinner. Now this is the best part about us bingers at night, we have eaten well and healthy all day and still can have 610 calories to reach out 1,200 limit. This may seem like alot, 610 calories in one meal, but if you do not have these calories in a healthy manner now, your body will go into starvation mode, so no need to feel guilt! you can stasify the urge to binge and still lose weight here. For dinner I suggest 1 can of lentil soup, one apple and a light dessert of 1 cup rasberries and a light whipped topping in a bowl. All together you will have eaten 1,200 calories, 25 grams of fat, 80-100 carbohydrates and at least 90 grams protien. This is a sure way to lose weight no matter who you are! This is the gram range to lose the weight. Remeber not to eat less then 1,200 calories, drink at least 64 oz. water a day and take a daily multivitmin. This is a food plan that bascilly takes all the knowledge of weightloss that I use together and says "screw atkins and south beach" all I have to do is eat right and exercise to lose the weight. If you would look my exercise plan to go along with the food plan that I have made to fit this plan and to help you lose inches fast please email me at xxbebebrunettexx@yahoo.com or leave me a post here (I check often). If not, then please check out www.slimin6.com where you can find a great workout plan to accomidate this plan that I have made. I really hope this can help some of you achieve your weight loss goals and look and feel healthier. Remeber that no matter what program you are following, the key is to follow it without putting your body into starvation mode or loading up on fats and carbs and adding daily exercise. Thanks so much! If you have any further questions or would like a more detailed food plan outline please email me also! Good Luck!!!!!! We can do this
