Some people talk about just fruits, veggies and water for a day or two just so u can lose a but of fat gained over the last few days(by eating junk food) well i was wondering if that would be healthy for only one day

actually it is..many people I know do that as a detox diet..but after maybe..2 days, they feel a lot more awake and active, taht they decide to stick with it forever. It's a good thing to do because most fruits and vegetables and grains and water and stuff have a lot lss chemical processes and fat in it as well

I won't do it anymore i am already eating healthy and balanced today and i didn'y gain weight like i expected but lost

i have no idea but i dont think it would be i mean from my stand point that food triangle thing we learned it was supposed to be for every day (right?) i think if you wanted to do something like this you would at least incorporate 1 serving of protein and 1 serving of bread, then if you wanted to eat as much veggies and fruits as you want you can but then you wouldnt be depriving your body of carbs and protein which can be very important. It doesnt sound that bad maybe i will try it too someday. Tell me how it goes
