Hey guys, does this sound like an ok diet?Stay under 2000 calories each day, drink lots of water, do situps and arm excercise. (I want to lose weight from my arms mostly) and also I won't eat any sweets or a lot of bread. is it ok?

it can be if you swim enough to feel it in your heart. try adding in some speed walking for a bit a day or something. good luck!

I forgot to mention I will also be swimming a lot since we're getting a pool built in, is swimming cardio?

I think that sounds like a great diet plan..it will work..it will also keep your motabolsim high. good job..good luck

You need to do cadio excersize and weight training.
