Im doing the south beach....hi there. Okay... yet another question. I have no idea if I am overeating or not! I'm eatting all the things i should be... sugar free fudgesicles, low fat turkey , and chicken... green beans, sugar free jello, egg beaters, low fat cheese, ham , Etc.. but i feel as if i am constantly eatting !!! Can i eat a reasonaable amount oof this stuff and still lose weight? Today i had... Breakfast egg beaters, with ham , skim milk, and fat free cheese Lunch... soup broth and celery big salad snack... 2 sugar free fudgesicles i had a pack of sugar free Trident today... Dinner 1 slice fat free bologna 2 shavings of ham 1 shaving (deli slice) of smoked turky 1 slice of chicken lunch meet All on Lettuce and fat free cheese 1 package sugar free jello (40 Cals) 1 can of green beans -(total) I had 2 cans of diet coke also! 8 glasses of water! Will i lose weight at this rate??

i was doing atkins which is similar to south beach, i know it feels like u eat A LOT but really, its ok. don't eat everything just because you are allowed. you still need to eat only when ur hungry even if you are allowed to have unlimited amounts of certain food. if you need any help/advice, my e-mail is Katiecool01@yahoo.com
