ok, i am working really hard on my diet, and i have lost weight, but i need a no cost way to lose 20 lbs a month....i dont think that is very healthy, but it is a dire necessity! can anyone please give me some tips on eating and exercise so i can lose 20 lbs by august 1,2004???please email me at smartgurl0099@wmconnect.com with ideas! thanks to all who reply!

i suggest a couple hours of good hard cardio exersize like speed walking/jogging and jumproping and eating 1200 calories if you want to lose that much weight in that little amount of time. it's possible but you really have to push yourself hard...

yeah, i know, but i have lost 20 lbs in a month before.....i dont care about my image.....i have to lose 20 more lbs before august 1st because i have to be 160 in order to get my surgery!! yeah, im getting surgery on my back, and i have to lose 20 more lbs! that is y i want to know.....i wouldnt want to lose weight otherwise.....i dont think.....

i dont think anything could be a dire necessity when you could end up hurting yourself. Loosing 20lbs in a month is unreal and very hard to do. You need to eat smaller portions (keeping in mind to still EAT at least 3 meals a day) and drink lots of water but dont overdo it!! Your health should come before your image
