hi does this sound healthy? b/f half a bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 a cup of semi-skim milk l/h sandwhich and low fat spread with 1 slice of ham d/r half a portion of whatever my mom makes if its healthy and if its not a salad with no dressing? plz reply with ur suggestions obviously i cant eat the same thing everyday!

a salad with no dressing isnt nessasary. try super reduced caloire italian dressing, its about 15-30 caloires. and we have this pretty good tasting sweet oinon thats also 15 caloires.

maybe some chicken or turkey instaed of ham,and if u can fully skim milk is better but otherwise it sounds great once u add exercise and lots of water

oh and i forgot 2 mention at least 1 piece of fruit after every meal and lots and lots of the wondeful stuff= h20!!! lol
