All you have to do to lose weight is eat food in moderation, like 1200 calories or more a day. Do not eat anymore than 2500 and eat foods that are good for you! You should excersize an hour a day. I just got a gym membership and I am working on strength training (it hurts!!!). But, I think after a while it will b better! Do a lot of cardio stuff like walking and running. I have lost 28 pounds since the beginning of the year and I feel great!

Thats really good!! Good Luck tommorow ima start and ima go on a 1,200 cal. diet ima eat fruits n veggies and start to eat healthy and ima exercise like 3 hours a day and split it up and im going to record everything for like breakfast ima eat a bowl of cereal with milk and like a fruit ex: banana or peaches or eggs and sausage..or bacon low in cal...Lunch- sandwitch..or..soup..fruit...Dinner- Salad...or..Soup or sumthn low in cal. with fruit n veggies and lots of water.. and diet drinks.. and in between have snacks but no junk food snacks... healthy stuff and low in cal. tEll me wat u think if u know my situation... from that long post on teh other board..
