Do yall think riding my bike is good exercise????...Like ride it for about 2 hours a day? but split it up in 30 min's? so ride it 4 times a day.. and ima walk for ima try 2 hours a day and slit it up in 30 mins too! I know i can do it and im still thinking about doing 400 cal. a day idk though.. maybe i should eat 800 cal.. ?? wat do yall think? thanks

do whatever you chose to do. youll learn how your body reasponds to caloires. some people can eat 400 caloires and feel fine, while others will be fainting, and need to eat more.
