omg if you have a treadmill you should so do this with me... okay im just starting today i was thinking that you should speed walk or run for atleast 10 minutes every other hour like for example you do it at 11 then again at 1 then at 3 then at 5 then at 7 and so on if you want to workout that late... so instead of being on the boring treadmill for 1 whole hour you can just spread it out throught out your whole day... make it challanging like try not to sit as much when or drink more water... just come on i know how boring hte treamill is so why not make it worth having...(cause mine is just rotting in the garage..until now!)tell me if you think this is a good idea please! i really want to help you guys and myself im tried of being fat and i know most of you are to!

that sounds like a fabulous idea because i too know the boringness of a treadmill. For anyone who is sitting at home and has one i think you should try it out..i,unfortuantely am at work so i cant :( but i think i will try it on the weekends thanks for the tip good luck!!
