ok, so people, here's my schedule....8:30-wake up8:30-9:30-run 9:30-10:30-situps, 10:30-11:45-walking, 11:45-12:00-eat, 12:00-1:00-stretch, 1:00-2:00-run/walk, 2:00-3:00-strength training yeah, it is pretty hard to keep up with, but with this and the low carb, i have lost 21 lbs in 3 weeks.....anyways, by

you do an hour of sit-ups? that's a little much. you only have to do abs for a max of 20 minutes a day to see results. and doing abs doesnt just mean sit ups.
