ok... maybe i should eat more than 400cal. a day i think ima eat like 1200... eat bf-300 cal. Lunch-300calSupper-400cal healthy snack-100 cal. and another healthy snack- 100 cal thats 1200 cal. a day? what would i lose more weight doing? that 1200 cal. a day with lots of water and exercise some or 400 cal. day with water n exercise some?

ive been doing a 1200 for yrs its worked out well for me good luck!

DONT go from a 400 cal diet to a 1200 cal diet quickly, you can hurt yourself. go slowly! try adding 200 cal a day to your meals for 3 days, and then add another 200, and so on.

you will definatly be better off with a 1200 cal diet....you will be healthy and feel great!!! with only 400 cals, you will be to worn out!!! just when exercising, dont over exhert yourself!
