Hey If i go on a 1200 calorie diet and exercise for about 3 hours daily how much weight could I probably lose in about a month and a half?

1200 caloires a day isnt bad. try eating a good amount of unrefined carbs a day, as well as load on protien, while watching fat intake.

work up to three hours otherwise you might hurt yourself

you could lose a lot and 1200 is the minimum amount that you should eat. good luck- don't go below that!

You need to eat more than 1200 calories!!! And excercising that much can strain ur body, but I guess it would be ok if u r athletic.
