Im so confused.. wat makes u gain weight? CARBS..CAlories.. or FAT??????? help me.... bc when u go on a low carb diet.. u have fewer carbs and a whole lot of faT? i dont understand!!!!!! And if u aint liek one bananna and a sandwitch a day with like 10 glasses of water could u lose weight and stay active?

all of them can make you gain weight....carbs are energy, but if you eat alot and dont exercise it off, i sits and turns into bad fat. fat is the same way, if it sits, it goes to your body. calories are units of energy, and it is also the same, eating more cals. than you lose is going to make you gain weight

oh and calories are made up from protien, fat and carbs- so if you eat less calories then you'll be eating less of those...

Fat and calories make u gain weight. Carbs are energy. Well, so are calories but u should have like 2000 a day, I think.
