GUYS I JUST WANNA LET U KNOW...DONT GET UPSET OR DISCOURAGED WHEN U EXERCISE ALOT AND GAIN WEIGHT...THAT MEANS U R GAINING MUSCLE AND GETTING RID OF THE FAT...THATS A GREAT THING!!! SO WHEN U EXERCISE ALOT AND GAIN WEIGHT U SHOULD BE EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!! :):)

Yes i know...but if u weight lift and stuff alot it will be muscle weight thats making the scales stay the same or weigh more....yes checking inches is a GREAT way to prove.

well, that is posibal... but if you are very over weight... and you excersise, and stick to your diet, your weight loss will exceed muscle gain... i have noticed that people are getting nowhere by lying to themselves that they didnt loose, because of muscle weight... they use it as a copeing mechanism... when prety much all the time, they didnt loose because they didnt stick to their diet/didnt excersise or binged.... im not being hard, i am just setting it straight... fooling your self into believing that what you have gained is muscle wont work... check if you have lost inches... theres your proof
