Okay.. the south beach seems to be working.. the only problem is i have like 1 and a half weeks left on teh first phase, where i can't have carbs! I'm wondering if since i've lost 2 lbs on it already, if i just start introducing fat free ice cream into it, but still stay around 1200 cals per day, do you think i'll keep losing? I dont understand why i'd be able to have skim milk which is about 1/2 the carbs of the fat free ice cream.., but i can't have the fat free ice cream? its like subsituting it for 2 glasses of milk.. Hm.. I'm lil confused . =)

acculy, pre-ana, i ate most my meals at home. but, take a healthy pasta and add some oil so it doesnt stick, oversize the seving, and you have a 600-700 caloire meal.
