Hey guys heres some tips about the moment we all either love or dread: Weigh-in time-
1. Never weigh yourself with clothes on, this adds more weight to you, take off everything or wear a light robe
2. This also includes shoes, they add TONS of weight
3. Never weigh yourself after you get out of the shower. All that water does add some weight to you.
4. This is just a rumor but if you weigh yourself after you go to the bathroom it might make it less. I'm not sure if thats true but hey isnt it nice to just to get rid of excess weight anyway?
5. If you have an object such as dumbells or even a case of soda that you know the exact weight of use that as a tester before actually putting yourself on the scale. Sometimes if the scale is not sitting on even ground it can be off by as much as 3-5lbs. Hey! That could be 3lbs that you lost!!
6. Make sure you are not touching anything while weighing yourself just hang your hands down to your sides.
7. Dont fear the scale! It is not a monster. Its a handy tool.
8. Dont weigh yourself more than one day. As the day goes on and you begin to eat your healthy balanced meals your body of course is going to gain weight but if you excerize or simply not cheat you'll be surprised the next time you weight yourself.
9.Always weigh on an empty stomach.
and
10. Dont hide your scale, put it somewhere you will be BOUND to see it.
Hope this helps!!

But Cathy if you weigh yourself one day wearing shorts and a t-shirt and no shoes and then the next day wearing pants and a sweatshirt and sneakers then you won't really know if you've lost weight or gained weight because what you're wearing would alter what the scale says. *Ray*Ray*

hey if it works for you.... but you shouldnt really have to fool yourself into thinking that you have lost... trust me, if you have worked hard, then you should not have to worry if your clothes are going to weigh you down... your loss should really exceed that.. but if it makes you happy!!
