ime 5'4 and 170..& i just ran a mile..should i be prous of myself?..i think i will do that everyday for 4 moths..how much weight can i lose if i eat right w/ lots of water..with the mile a day and softball 3 times a week.. i want long term not some stupid short term diet fad..n thats how everyone should feel..anyways if i do the things listed above everyday for four moths how much weight can i loose in the 4 months?..thanx and love ya all!..godbless

it depends- you needs to change your eating habits and no offence but a mile isn't that much- how about if you start oiff at that and then build up a half a mile every week? then at the end of the 4 weeks you'll be running 2 miles, from there try to build up to three and you'll really see a difference and that should take you the amount of time you're supposed to be exersizing everyday...

Do it 3 days a week, allowing rest
