well i weight 153 nd im about 5'4 and io want to lose about 40 pounds and do it in like 3-4 months.. img joing a yoga class aand a kickboxing class and i run about 4- 5 times a week and i dance 2 times a week.. and now im goi nt oeat healthy like morning a piece of fruit or low fat yogurt.. lunch a subway.. and dinner a piece of meat and veges.. anyone htink i can do it with ALOT of water.. ??? please comment

you can lose a lot by doing that. so make sure you don't give up!

hey finally someone who is 16!! hey i hope you can do it i'm trying to loose about 30 pounds my self anyways good luck i hope u can do it

at subway make sure u don't have cheese or mayo on your sub...and with that u could probably lose 12-15 pounds a month
