im working out and doing a 1,200 calories a day diet. I can have about 300 more calories today and havent had anything to fattneing to junky, bascilly salads and fruit and yougurt. Anyway, my family got pizza tonight and if one of the pieces is only 300 calories and I have it (which will equal 1,200 calories for my daily total), will I still lose weight?

half slice pizza, blotted to remove oil, and a small salad with lowcal dressing would be good if your eating pizza.

I believe that as long as u stick to that amount of calories, u wil definalty lose weight. Just some advice. DON'T GIVE UP!! TRUST ME.

how much ahve you lost so far? i was going to do that but i was told the south beach helped you to lose more??

look, dont worry about how many calories it has i mean i know its improtant, but still u can eat mabey 1 or two slices, as long u still keep up your exercising, and eating right afterwards.
