OK, here are some tips I have for losing weight safely:1)Dont go completely carbless; eat whole grains instead of starches. Eat carbs only in the morning and early afternoon. These carbs will get used as energy while the carbs eaten after about three in the afternoon wont get used.2) Drink Green Tea, it helps speed up the metabolism a little and it has a lot of good minerals and nutrients in it.3) Swim. Swimmming not only helps you burn calories,but it will tone muscles and lower your heart rate Though these tips wont help you lose weight at lightning speed, they will help you to lose weight safely and to keep it off, which is the real challenge.

sory, i dont want to be rude or anything but you are wrong... my mum is a nutritionist and works for models, sportsstars and celebs.... not to mention ordinary people like you or me!!! she says that each meal should have servings from most food groups... including 70-80% carbohydrates, and 20-30% protein.... and i can assure you, that she is a qualified person to give advise... if you ever want some, i could pass on questions!! bye!!
