according to the candian food chart and the us food pyramid it says i need 2-4 servings of protein a day...it used to be really easy for me to get that much or even exceed it, but no that i a watching what i eat i really only have 1 searving of meat at supper. i know nuts and seeds are supposed to be really good but nuts are kind of high in fat and i don't really care for seeds. does anyone have any low fat protein ideas?i was thinking about having a hard boiled egg in the mornings..would that count as a serving of protein? and is it low fat?

tofu is a really good way to get protein and it's low in fat. it also helps decrease your cholesterol and your risk for getting heart disease and certain kinds of cancers when you get older.

eat a boiled egg in the mornings and for lunch go buy some really healthy 100% wheat bread and put ALL NATURAL peanut butter on it...peanut butter is high in protein.
