I HAVE AN IDEA--Ok when your family or whoever buys junk food, look at the nutrition facts on the package for the total fat. After reading that you will not want to eat them. You should have 30g of fat or less a day. A crispy cream glazed doughnut has 12 grams of fat, and most of the snack cakes have more than that!!!!

krispy creams used to be my weak spot, but after i read their caloire info i stopped eating them(proiudly KK free for 7 months!)

no, for somebody who is maintaining weight... it is 50-70 grms... if you are a muscular person... like really muscular... you should be eating at least 6000 cals + at least 100 grms of fat...
