my friend and i want to lose 30 pounds this summer...if we eat cereal/skim milk and 1/2 a banana for breakfast...yougurt and strawberries for lunch...and grilled chciken for dinner??? will we be able to lose 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months??reply asap...we starting tomaroww...

eat a lot more vegetables and drink lots of water, vary your diet too. otherwise you'll get bored!
