I forget to eat meals a lot, well not a lot but it happens occasionally, but is that REALLY unhealthy? I mean my mom tells me to eat and I tell her I will but I just forgot... yah I know it sounds stupid but when I have so much stuff goin on I just forgot!

emily, skiping one meal wont do that unless it becomes a habit. our body has enough glucose stores that if a person skipped 2-4 meals a week, they probly wouldnt notice.

THis can be a very serious problem. Eating is important for energy and so the brain will work functionly. Skipping a meal can make u tired, dizzy, and cranky. Now if u want to be healthy and not eat alot, then drink A LOT of water and EXCERCISE so u can burn more than u consume. hope that helps!

If your underweight, then yes. Even if your not, it's better to eat frequently, though a missed meal here and there doesn't hurt. Try carrying granola bars or packets of cereal with you so you can eat when you have a chance.
