Hey I was watching th eMontel show and they were talkin bout diets and stuff so I decided to share whut I learned fro the Montel show. All you have to do is not eat as much as simple as that u dont need atkins south beach grapefruit siet 3 day diet none of those fad diets. All you need to do is eat in smaller proportions and excercise and drink water montel weighed 210 when he was diagonosed with MS and he now weighs 187-189 and he stays there for the whole year for the past 3 years and all he did was excercise eat smaller porptions and drank tons of water. SO that is whut I am goin to do and I am not goin to go for any fad diet im just gonna eat less and excercise im still gonna eat w'/e i want but in moderation and just drink water and excercise and I know I can do this if Montel did I can do and I feel confident. If you do a fad diet u r less likely to keep the weight off since u are being forced to eat soo much less no bannas no carrots on atikins or south beach and that is impossible to do. I am not sayin that they are not healthy whut im sayin is they are not efficient ways to keep the weight off weight watchers is good and u will succed on weight watchers better then u will on any other fad diet adnancturally keep it off because if u go to the meetings u have the support. Well thats it for now and im gonnaeat whut I want in proportions and drink water and excercise so good luck to everyone and i hope u ake my advice. buhbye god bless

I agree, but just remember not only to eat sensible portion sizes, but to eat a good balance of foods without restricting any important food groups.

yea man..i totally agree. ive tried fad diets and i think i have high choesteral and im only 15..and i feel unhealthy after doing them..and sometimes i get stomach cramps and pains..but anyway..i know that that's the right way to go..just eat less and drink water..thanks for posting..cliffy
