help me please! i dont now what to eat or what to do? Ive tryed everything! i dont know if i should do low carb,low cal or what? i am such a picky eater and i have horrible cravings. one day am sooo pumped up about losing weightthen the next day i forget it. I wanna loose weight but i dont know what is really healthy or what to do. dont say eat ehalthy and exercize becuase i already know that. what is healthy??? what has worked for someone here? i need to lose at least 10 lbs by 4th of july and 25-30 by the middle of august!!! help!

my mom new a lady who lost like 50 pounds off herself just by walking 2 hours a day.

i don't know if this will help you lose that much by the forth of july but walking will help you and my dr. said that thirty minutes a day of hard exercise and that includes you could weed a flower bed that is what i did today and my mom suggested to me that biefore i sit down do ten jumping jacks and before i lay down i do ten second of running in place and like i suggested walking i walk each day and it has helped me lose four pounds this week

have you ever heard of a exercise program called taebo cardio (at your local walmart, target k mart stores 11.95) Doing taebo cardio 4 times a week for 45 mins and playing basketball for the other 3 days I lost 30 pounds in 3 months DRINK LOTS OF WATEr and think about your results before you eat something for example: be a size 7 or eat a twinkee which 1 sounds better?????

well, if your a "picky eater" i suggest going to ediets.com and doing thier diet assesment. one of the deits that shows up is thier diet, but other diet names show up, and many of them have books u can check out from the library.
