Hey... Um I need some help. You see every day i get biger and biger i waigh 145 right now and I need to know how many calories i need to have in a day...? so that I can start to see what I can and cant have.. thanks

i think between 1200-1400 is a reasonable goal, but you can lose weight(very slowly) on a 1600 diet also.

don't go under 1200 cals a day! eat between 1200-1500 cals

cut out sweets and junk food. eat more fruits and vegetables. drink water instead of soda. exercise for atleast 30 min a day.

I weigh 145 and i eat atleast 1000 cal a day, but the i excersize like for 50 min
