ok, im gunna count calories and stay below 1200. But can i eat any food just as long as i stay below that amount or should i stay away from some foods and us fruit to make those cals??? HELP!

peanut butter is healthy for you, its loaded with protein, and i think ive seen the reduced carb one before.

and by the way- peanut butter isn't that high in fat or carbs. and nuts are great in any diet- you just shouldn't eat too many of them but they're really healthy although they seem high in calories they're worth it for all of the nurition they give you...

i wouldn't just eat junk. you have to make sure you're still getting a balanced diet and that emans paying even more attention to eating good stuff because you're eating less overall...

callories are not the only things to stay away from stay away the foods with high carbs and high in fat like peanut butter of breads and potatoes other than that i think you are on the right track keep up the good work.

you can indulge a little.. if you happen to though take it out of your 1200 calories..if you stick to 1200 calories a day in good foods though, you're a lot more likely to have better energy and better results. Good luck!!
