is it better to just run for 30 min? or to reverse push up, situps, lunges and etc. for 30 min? (doing 2min for each)? Which one does it burn more fat? and make you lose weight? Thanx

RUN RUN RUN!!!!!! also, we kno u might not be comfortable in a swim suit, but if u r, go to a neighors pool or a public pool and swim!!! swimming burns more calories than any other sport!!!

running- but you need to strength train too to change how you look and so you can burn off the fat faster. switch days of running with those other exersizes you mentioned. good luck!

Im guessing the running, just becuase by doing those otehr things each for 2 minutes your probably not doing enough of them to fatigue your muscles at a time, and running will get you into the fat burning heart rate zone! Good luck, if you wnat faster results and mroe toning, add in some muscle conditioning!! weights combined with cardio is the quickest wya to lose weight
