I play softball @ least 3 times a week..and it is a work out..is that enough?..if not what else should i do?.. im 5'4 and 170..

add in some strength training on different 3 days: sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, the plank(look up this position it's a really great one), leg lifts, squats, lunges....build some lean muscle and tone up. good luck and make sure you're concentrating enough on your diet!

I think that is enough, but you might want to add some walking every other day to your routine to be in better shape for softball.
