hey all , i dont know why but my lower body seems to have more fat than my upper body , i dont know how to lose the fat in the lower body? Any hints ? oh yeah by the way , how long does it take for someone to notice that he/she has lost weight? thanks again ;) and good luck every1

Hey just to let u know it is healthier to carry lower body weight than upper body weight it is better for your hear etc. I also am heavier in my lower body. I try to do jumping jacks and lunges and leg lifts to try to tone my legs i also do winsor pilates which has helped me get about and inch out of my thighs in a short amount of time
