well i started a diet on saturday and i have done great so far and have already lost 2 pounds i dont know how but yea so i hope i can stay on it...that is the hard part ya know...well i weigh 138 and am 54 my goal is 128.

In the morning i have special k ceral with 1% milk then for lunch i usually have a sanwich and a couple low fat chips i also make sure that it is lowfat meat and i dont use alot and lowfat mayo. Then for dinner i usually eat what they fix but a small portion. If it is too fatty i just stick in a chicken breast in the oven and make some green beans or something. During the day i usually have 2 snacks one before and after dinner it usually is a bananna but sometimes i will eat a serving size of cookies which is only 3...I also do winsor pilates almost everyday and try to get a cardio in.
