hey you guys!!!! I really need to loose weight. I've found that I fit better in my mothers clothes than I do in mine. My clothes keep getting tighter and i wear either a 15 in jouniors or a 14 in womens. People make fun of me and I've even been threatened by classmates. My peers and my teachers make fun of me. I feel like I have the potential to be a great person but I don't do some things because I'm so concious about my weight. If you can, please give me any weightloss tips or websites. thats not that overweight! you could afford to lose some weight but couldn't we all? A size 15 in juniors is certinnly that not that, myself along with my best friends are that size and are considered normal at my school, your teachers and peers making fun of you is not acceptable, espacilly when theres no reason for it! Your beautiful the way you are and they must be very messed up to think thats fat, but just work on losing weight for health reasons, I know you can do it, i have faith in you and don't let those werid people frmo whereever your from bring you down!!!!!

Hey there L.S. first of all, keep your head up gurl! Dont let pardon my language A ss Holes bring you down! Ok second of all, lets get started. I want to lose 50 lbs and I've already had success so far so I can try n help ya ok? Ok. I don't know what you eating schedule is.... but change it to this: Eat about 3 mini meals and 3 mini snacks a day. Breakfast, midmorning snack, Lunch, afternoon snack, then dinner, and night time snack like when ur watching tv have an apple before bed. It honestly works and most impotantly, include 1 hr of excercise a day! Now gurl, go out there, face the world, and put a grin on that face!!! You can do! I hope this helps so much!!!!!!!
