i heard that cellulite is caused by our missin certain omega fatty acids. it can't be rid of by exersizeing. go get some flax seeds or flax seed oil and add it into yuor diet daily, there are also pills- i think what you need is omega-3 and 6 and you'll see results in a few months...

30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and 3-4 days of weight lifting, specafically with your legs, a week. That should do it along with a healthy diet, everything in moderation! You can find leg exercises on www.seventeen.com and in SELF magazine..good luck!

I hear that many otning exercises will do that for you. I think it depends on where it is on your body.
