Hey!I am 15 and i way 128. Problem is i am 5 feet. I try and lose wieght by working out and eating right. But every time i try i can only do it for like a week. Theni cant do it any longer. WHY!!! anyway help me do you have any suggetions please help

just try your hardest to stick to it. one way would be to put a food log on your fridge, or posting a picture of a VERY VERY obese person, and a super thin person on the fridge.

If you dont stick with it.. your going to be slowing down your metabolism for like a week, then gaining weight when you pig out right away again like that! Stay on it!! i bte if you stay on it for a good 2-3 weeks you will start to see results good luck!
