I want to be a size 11 by August 2nd and Im a 13/15 now. My waist is about 43 inches. How many inches would I have to lose to be a size 11? (What are the waist mesuaremnts of anyone who is 5'5 and a size 11)

kayla- that's definately not true for all cases! i droped over 30 pounds and am still wearing the same size. it depends on where you lose it. i'd go with measurements...

i do believe that 4 every 10 lbs u lose u drop one pant size
