I weigh 198 and I am only 5'0.(really short) I need help! I want to lose weight I just don't know what really works and doesnt! Please someone help me I need to lose a lot of weight! Please let me know what type of diets your on and what works *~thanks~*

Hi: Tae bo is awesome! It hurts while you are doing it, but you will be amazed at how good it feels afterwards. Get up each morning at about 8:30 and ride your bike for a little while. You will be able to connect with yourself in alone time by doing that. Also, after dinner, take a walk for a while. That helped my mom lose weight safely. Walking is better then running. Each healthy, and eat until you are satisfied, not full. Eat stuff like fruits, veggies, chicken, and stuff like that. Nuts are great, just not too much salt. Good luck!
