lots of ruits and veggies and lean meat, boiled eggs are really great- but make sure you're getting 25g of fiber a day. www.caloriesperhour.com has a lot of nutrition facts...

just don't eat too many carbs, but don't toatally ban them and fruit is good but veggies have less calories
