Hey...mmm'k here it goes..im 13, im 5'4, and im a wopping 170lbs!..lol well i wanna kno if you do crunches and sit ups will that help u loose inches&weight?..or is it just for already skinny ppl trying to tone up?.. thanx!..

U CAN LOOSE WEIGHT IF U DO CRUNCHES. IF U DO NOT REGULARLY DO CRUNCHES THEN START OFF WITH 5-10 CRUNCHES AT A TIME. YOU DO NOT WANT TO OVER DO IT OR U CAN HURT UR MUSCLES AND IF U DO IT AT NIGHT AND DO TO AMNY U WILL WAKE UP VERY SORE. I DID IT. U WILL LOSE THE STOMACH. BUT DO IT ON A REGULAR BASIS. gaining muscle will burn more calories...but you have to do cardio exersize to lose weight...

ya...overweight people can tone up too tho and that helps
