hello ..im over weight i would really like to lose atlest 20 lbs bye aug 23 and 20 more by nov...but i need 2 kno what to eat and what to do but i dont want to do weight watchers cuz you have to pay and i havn't told my parents yet so if you have n e ideas plz help me xoxo someone

NOT ONLY WATCH WHAT U EAT BUT U ALSO HAVE TO EXERCISE A LOT IF U DONT ALREADY DO THAT. STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD, RED MEATS AND ANY GREASY FOOD AT HOME. ALSO DONT DRINK A LOT OF POP. U CAN GAIN A LOT OF WEIGHT JUST FROM POP ALONE IF U DRINK A LOT OF IT

If you can get just the point info from weight watchers you can do it yourself at home. You only need to attend the first meeting for that. Just stick to your given point values, lower it by one point every week and exercise.
