From lisa, Age 14 - 6/6/04 - IP#: 68.14.75.xxx Click here to replyim back from vacation and ready to start my diet...i weigh about 150 and im 5' 6"...i hop to weigh around 120-125 by the end of august..im gonna try this plan...B-cheerie o's, skim milk, banana, L-yougurt, strawberries and 1 piece of whole wheat toast, D-small portion of what my mom makes...i will be drinking 8 glasses of water and a 1 and 1/2 hours of exersize a day can i reach my goal????

sounds good!! but ummm i dunno isnt 1hr and 1/2 of exerising alot??? id do like 45 min. but like i said im not sure. good luck!!! oo and ucan supply urself a snck 1 in mornin and 1 in afternoon jus make it healthy like fruit or sumthin.good luck!!!

Sounds like a good plan! Good thinking just STICK with it!! Remember that 1 minute of indulging isn't worth a whole days worth of kicking yourself in the butt! you can do this! just know that its okay to have a treat sometimes so you dont' end up indulging and binging !!
