hey you guys before i asked how much weighti could loose in a summer. what are some things you could do to loose that weight like exercise and nutirtion and the amount of calories you need to burn thanks for the help. also add your story of what you did :0

lots of bike riding and walking, also swimming is really good to. i have a messed up foot and my fott doctor told me that i need to lose weight. he metioned swimming, it is not hard you, and 4 me it is something i cud do all day.

Play with neighborhood kids- basketball, jumprope, or anything. It's fine to act like a five year old...

taebo with slimfast- on a 1200 cal. diet, then i switched over to atkins and walking but i'm about to add taebo back in this morning. i've lost 31 pounds so far...
