our school is going on a swim trip on 6/15. im on the atkins diet nd hav lost 12 pounds(it took me long enuf) so far(weigh 148 now). i eat the Advantage bars that they hav nd it tastes so NASTY but it fills me up.i dont hav time 2 cook or n e thing. i hav all these stretch marks on my legs.i would lyk 2 loose about5 more pounds on the day we go. n e advice?

lol thxz! btw ive alreadi tried the morning start ones. they taste gr8! but theyre a bit smaller than the advantage ones. lol

blahhh! those are so gross- i refuse to eat them. but try things from the morning start brand. they're a LOT better. eat some canned meats if you don't like to cook, like cannd tuna and chicken. that's what i do. i judt put some ina a bowl and i sprinkle some cheese on top and stick it in the microwave and it's yum.lol. i just finished with my first week and i've lost 8 pounds.yay! keep it up and it'll make a difference, just remember that you have to stay active on this plan to burn the fat!

There are other protein bars that taste better than Atkins Advantage. And, from my experience, they cause stalls.
